Built by people who are sick of bad software.

Not bad software in general. Specifically, the kind that costs $300 a month, requires a 90-minute onboarding call, and still doesn't work on a job site with no signal.

The Manifesto

We hate "Synergy" as much as you do. We built this for the person in the truck and the host with the vacuum. Software should work for you, not the other way around. If it takes longer to learn than to do the actual job, it's broken. We're fixing that.

What we kept seeing

Landlords losing deposit disputes because they had no move-in photos. Contractors eating the cost of jobs they did correctly because the client had a better memory than the truth. Airbnb hosts getting one-star reviews because a cleaner missed something nobody ever bothered to write down. In every case, the problem wasn't the work — it was the lack of a paper trail. And the tools that existed to solve it were either too expensive, too complicated, or too obviously built for people who sit at desks all day.

What we built instead

A form builder you can use in a basement with no Wi-Fi. A photo checklist a ten-year-old can fill out. A PDF report you can send from the driveway before you drive away. Nothing fancy. Nothing that requires training. Just the thing that gets the job done and keeps you covered when someone decides to make it a problem later.

Who this is for

The roofer who's been stiffed on a check. The landlord who handed over a deposit they shouldn't have. The Airbnb host who's tired of trusting their cleaning crew on faith. The parent who's had the "I did clean it" argument one too many times. We're not here for the boardroom. We're here for the mud, the grease, and the late-night turnover shifts.
